As a Customer Success Manager (CSM), you will lead our efforts to deliver exceptional customer outcomes and maximize the value our customers derive from Electric Er products products. You will lead the build-out of customer success at Electric Era, including enterprise account onboarding, ramp-up, and expansion. In the role, you will partner and work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, engineering, and product to unlock customer value. In addition, this role will oversee and direct customer support workflows, processes, and tools to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues. In this role, you will direct and scale these functions while developing strong, trusted relationships with Electric Era’s top-tier enterprise customers.

The Development Program Manager will lead the deployment of Electric Era charging stations across all phases of the Site Implementation process from design through construction and into operation.

As the Electrical Construction Manager, you will be responsible for the estimation and subsequent execution of EV Fast Charging projects under your management. You will ensure high quality projects are delivered safely, on-time, and on budget in adherence with the contract.. You will assist with procurement, submittal review process and supporting logistics. You will be coordinating with internal and external Subject Matter Experts and vendors including Engineers, General/Electrical Contractor firms and local AHJ permitting officials.

Develop, refine, and simplify system level requirements and translate them into circuits (on- or off-PCB) that integrate with our system architecture. Lead multi-disciplinary root-causing efforts to identify design problems and roll out effective solutions. Deliver cost-optimized designs for battery storage systems and EV charging stations that are manufacturable by our in-house team or by our suppliers, including architectures, system wiring diagrams, and PCB schematics and layouts. Contribute to documentation and testing for regulatory certification, and create or revise designs that comply with safety and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) requirements. Identify electronic part sources that reduce supply chain dependency and system cost. Specify and integrate commercial power and control components such as transformers, relays, and power supplies into purpose-built control systems. Create ISO 9001-compliant electronic manufacturing test systems. Collaborate with our site implementation team to enable efficient, compliant, and reliable charging stations.

As a Sales Development Representative at Electric Era, you will be reporting directly to the Director of Business Development and will be responsible for driving new business development within the EV charging ecosystem. Lead the identification, outreach, and qualification of a pipeline of high-value site hosts for PowerNode Charging Stations, including lead generation, deal sourcing, qualification screening, and hand-off to account executives. Identify, source, and analyze new business development opportunities, gather critical voice of customer and on-the-ground market intelligence to influence overall go-to-market strategy. Track progress toward meeting quarterly and annual sales goals. Closely collaborate with stakeholders across Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Operations to execute on key business development and partnership opportunities

As a Senior Account Executive at Electric Era, you will be reporting directly to the Director of Business Development and will be responsible for driving new business development within the EV charging ecosystem, specifically the development of Electric Era’s Site Host Origination and Project Investment business unit.

As a test engineer, you will be responsible for qualification and acceptance test campaigns of our products, both in design and execution. You will be responsible for hardware-in-the-loop testbeds. If electrical systems misbehave in either test or production environments, you will take the lead on investigation and follow-up with design changes to address them. You will write software and design hardware and test frameworks to enable our test programs to scale as we move to high-volume manufacturing.

Electric Era's Government Affairs team seeks a Compliance & Grant Associate to support Electric Era's business interests through proposal submission and post-award implementation processes. This will involve working with other teams at Electric Era, government agencies, and utilities to track compliance requirements, manage internal teams delivery of the requirements, and ultimately keep our grant-funded projects moving forward towards commissioning. The Compliance & Grant Associate will also be responsible for analyzing new grant opportunities, working closely with our Grants & Proposals Manager, to understand compliance requirements and facilitate a swift proposal submission process. Lastly, this role will contribute to applications that secure government grants and utility incentives related to electric vehicle charging infrastructure on behalf of Electric Era's customers. This role will play a crucial part in expanding Electric Era's reach and promoting the widespread adoption of electric vehicles.

We are hiring a Design Engineer to own the coordination of Electric Era charging station development throughout America, including construction feasibility, site layout and design, site permitting, construction and electric utility service requests. This role is responsible for making sure that our charging stations are built and connected to the grid rapidly and affordably at scale. This role is responsible for coordinating all mechanical, electrical and civil design work, leading utility and AHJ conversations and development, performing site assessments, and innovating upon our EV fast charging station site build processes. You will work with hardware design engineers and construction managers to solve real world constructibility challenges and will be part of the team building the machine that builds thousands of charging stations per year.

Electric Era's Government Affairs team seeks a GIS & Policy Analyst to support Electric Era's business interests through data and policy analysis. This will involve working with government agencies and utilities to develop and promote policies that support the growth of electric vehicle charging infrastructure, and using geospatial analysis tools to connect policies and grant programs to Electric Era’s sales motions. The GIS & Policy Analyst will also be responsible for tracking and analyzing legislation and regulations that impact Electric Era's business. Lastly, this role will help manage and contribute to applications that secure government grants and utility incentives related to electric vehicle charging infrastructure on behalf of Electric Era's customers. This role will play a crucial part in expanding Electric Era's reach and promoting the widespread adoption of electric vehicles.

Electric Era is hiring a Mechanical Engineer to develop aspects of our battery-backed DC fast charging station. This role is ultimately responsible for making sure that our products are easy and cheap to manufacture at scale. They will achieve this by implementing design changes to the product and manufacturing line to allow production to scale and meet our volume targets. On the product side, this includes product-level design improvements from conceptualization through test to production implementation. On the manufacturing side, this includes design of individual production stations, process development for key integration or fabrication steps, all the way through macro level decisions about material flow and overall product design.
