As the Electrical Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for the overall planning and execution of EV fast charging construction projects built by external electrical contractors. You will ensure high quality projects are delivered safely, on-time, and on budget in adherence with the contract.. As a Senior Account Executive at Electric Era, you will be reporting directly to the Director of Business Development and will be responsible for driving new business development within the EV charging ecosystem, specifically the development of Electric Era’s Site Host Origination and Project Investment business unit.

The Grants & GIS Associate will support Electric Era's business interests through grant application development and GIS analysis. This will involve project managing and drafting submissions to secure government grants and utility incentives on behalf of Electric Era’s customers – and, in turn, help accelerate Electric Era’s footprint and the electrification of our transportation sector. Additionally, this role will use geospatial analysis tools to connect policies and grant programs to Electric Era’s sales motions. This role will play a crucial part in expanding Electric Era's reach and promoting the widespread adoption of electric vehicles.

The Project Manager will oversee the deployment of Electric Era charging stations across all phases of the Site Implementation process from design through construction and into operation, ensuring sites are delivered to the highest quality standards, on time, and within budget.

This role will  lead the origination and execution of financing transactions to support the deployment of Electric Era’s fast-charging infrastructure. In this strategic role, you’ll work directly with institutional investors, lenders, and public financing partners to unlock capital at scale. You’ll serve as the internal expert on project finance and capital markets, working cross-functionally to shape our go-to-market strategy, evolve our commercial model, and ensure our capital strategy is deeply aligned with enterprise retailer needs and demand. This role sits at the intersection of finance, infrastructure, and the energy transition—and is a unique opportunity to help define how EV charging is financed in the U.S. and beyond.

Develop, refine, and simplify system level requirements and translate them into circuits (on- or off-PCB) that integrate with our system architecture. Lead multi-disciplinary root-causing efforts to identify design problems and roll out effective solutions. Deliver cost-optimized designs for battery storage systems and EV charging stations that are manufacturable by our in-house team or by our suppliers, including architectures, system wiring diagrams, and PCB schematics and layouts. Contribute to documentation and testing for regulatory certification, and create or revise designs that comply with safety and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) requirements. Identify electronic part sources that reduce supply chain dependency and system cost. Specify and integrate commercial power and control components such as transformers, relays, and power supplies into purpose-built control systems. Create ISO 9001-compliant electronic manufacturing test systems. Collaborate with our site implementation team to enable efficient, compliant, and reliable charging stations.
